Sugar

The sweetest exfoliation
My skin is really not taking this weather change to well. It is very dry, dull and irritated. I have always had to stay clear of using products my skin because my skin has always been extremely sensitive. I have been researching some natural remedies... Here is one that worked its magic on my skin.
SUGAR! Yes just plain old sugar. Hands down using sugar as a full body and face exfoliator has done such an incredible job. It is so gentle on your skin while removing all those dead skin cell, leaving your skin glowing and gorges. You can also add some sugar to your facial cleanser or just use it as a scrub with some water. Also remember to use circular motions and do not scrub to hard, be gentle!

Inglot AMC Eyeshadow

I am in love with the way this product blends on your skin and how strong the pigment is, often lose pigment comes out very light on your skin.

This comes in such a beautiful array of colours, that it is difficult to chose just one. AMC eyeshadow comes in a little jar and it will last long because you only need to use a little bit per make up application. They are R189.00 at the Inglot store in Canal Walk.

Easy Hair Bun

You can get these from Sass Diva, Dis chem or any hair accessory store. This is a 5 step well rounded neat looking bun.

I will be posting a alternative way of getting this bun that will have a more messy look to it soon. This is a way for people who have very thin hair and would not be able to cover a hair bun with hair.

Ballet Look

Here is an example of a Ballet one look.

Step One: Flawless foundation and very defined contouring and highlighting.
Step 2: Apply a shade of blue eye shadow to the entire lid as seen in the picture and blend it with a highlighter.
Step 3: Apply a thick line of liquid eye liner and extend the line as you prefer.
Step 4: Apply mascara on very thick and repeat again after a couple of minutes.
Step 5: Apply a deep red lipliner and lipstick.

This is a look they would use in theatre.

Ashley Madekwe

This past weekend I fell in love with the series REVENGE. I got the entire season from a friend of mine and was glued to my laptop for 48 hours. I fell in love with a young lady's style on there, Ashley.

When I researched her I found that she has her own blog and also posts looks on lookbook on a weekly basis. I have attached some of my faves.

You can find her on http://ashley-ringmybell.blogspot.com/

Ear Cuff

Sass Diva has a wide selection of ear cuffs from simple to over the top.
I got the chained spiked ear cuff. This piece cost me R100.

Long Lasting Red Lip Colour

In two easy steps you can achieve long lasting rep lips.

First you apply red lip liner to the outer line of your lip and fill your entire lip with the red lip liner.
Secondly you would apply a red shade of lipstick over the lip liner to give it that long lasting finish.

Now you will have red lips for the majority of your occasion.
