Smokey eye for the win!

A Smokey eye can always look great if done correctly, using a black eye shadow can be intimidating if you don’t work neatly it can get very messy. I find that using brown’s instead of black and grey looks so much better.

I feel that a Smokey eye could either be applied for a day look or an evening look, make up should not be categorised. I have heard many times that you should not have a dark lip with a Smokey eye, i completely disagree. Nude or red lip a Smokey eye will rock!

Product of the week!

The must have product of the week is m.a.c gel pot linner!
I personally feel that not using linner on your top lid tends to make the eye look naked. You can use the linner to create the liquid linner look or you can smudge it to create more of a smokey linner.
Try it ;) You will be hooked.

Hold on to your empty m.a.c containers ladies, Once you have collected six empty containers excluding the wipe packets, empty boxes and pencils that sharpen, take your empty containers back to your nearest m.a.c counter and you recieve a free lipstick.

Something borrowed

Corn Rows also known as braids is a new fun way to do something different with your hair this season. I know I got board of my same old hairstyle and didnt want to do anything drastic.I must then sit with it for months to grow out. This is something you can do yourself or get done. It is edgy but fun :)
